Thank you Jennifer, I attended, and thoroughly enjoyed, the AODA Customer Service training you provided in Prescott through the Leeds and Grenville Enterprise Centre on Nov 25/10. I really liked your diverse teaching strategies and thought the way you framed “disability” by putting a “face on it” (disability) for the participants was a wonderful way to engage your audience, spreading the word and advocating on behalf of our neighbours, families and friends who will all benefit from a greater understanding of disabilities, simple solutions and improved customer service for all.
