With core values of listen, learn and deliver, my approach engages clients and participants in the process ensuring outcomes meet their specific needs, and thereby information and strategies can be applied in tangible ways.
With clients throughout Eastern/Southeastern Ontario ranging from regional development groups, enterprise centres to mid/small-size organizations, not-for-profits and home-based businesses, I understand the unique challenges and opportunities that exist in these regions. Online, interactive training has proven to be a successful method of ensuring clients achieve the outcomes and successes they are aiming for. As an experienced trainer, both in-person and online, I’ve been able to translate my passion for the subject matter and helping clients succeed by remaining focused on unique, dynamic delivery methods. Knowing that we all learn in different ways, I provide multiple connection points so participants can access information in a way that makes sense to them – audio, visual, and in-print. With ongoing communication access and multi-point check-ins, online training packages can help clients leverage the benefits of quality, professional training from home or work.
